  After a long and busy schedule, my family and I came to BW hoping for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Both of our rooms were not properly cleaned upon arrival, which was unacceptable. The bathroom faucets were not functioning properly, making the stay even more inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the rooms, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable environment for our family. We chose BW expecting a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel, but the condition of the rooms fell far below even basic hospitality standards. This experience was frustrating and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing family getaway. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues immediately so that future guests do not have to go through the same disappointing experience.

  Great spot of traveling staying Yreka. Close to lots of restaurants.

  Definitely recommend this hotel for a road trip stop. We were driving from Oregon Coast to San Francisco and chose here for a mid-point rest. Excellent service, easy stay - loads of amenities. The hotel staff are delightful!

  Was given a room that was dirty and under the stairs. We were hot and tired from driving and just wanted to rest in a clean room. Dog hair and dirt on the bathroom floor, everything in the room was old and not clean. Ac worked well. Tv worked fine. We requested ground floor room and was granted one but it was under the stairs far away from the pool and not updated at all. Pool was ice cold and key didn't work on gate, you just reach around to open the handle. The chairs did not have cushions on them so you.couldnt sit on any of them. Bedding was grey and old and dingy. I would never stay here again. Ice machine was so slow you got so hot waiting to get enough that we gave up. Ice room was also disgustingly dirty. Back grass area had 3 honeless people that looked like they lived in the gazebo so couldnt enjoy that area either. The hotel is ran down. We are Diamond members and stay at many BW hotels and this was the dirtiest and worst by far. Glad we only had to be there one night.
