Unfortunately, our first impression was disappointing. When we arrived around 2:00 p.m., the front desk employee was short, unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was bothering her simply by asking about check-in. I completely understood if our room wasn't ready, but her tone was unnecessarily dismissive. Later, when I mistakenly thought I had already paid for the room, she corrected me in a way that came across as rude rather than helpful. Despite remaining friendly throughout the interaction, that courtesy wasn't returned.
The only bright spots were the housekeeping staff and the gentleman working the front desk in the evening, both of whom were kind, professional, and welcoming. I hope management addresses the inconsistency in customer service because a friendly attitude makes all the difference.

I'm from Ohio, and I have stayed here 6 times in the past few years. Usually a week long visit. I have tried 2 other local hotels, Fairfield and Holiday in. You really get the best deal here at Best Western. The only downside is the breakfast has a limited selection. Everything else makes it still worth it. This hotel is clean, friendly. affordable, and great location!!

Everything would be fine—until you turn on the air conditioner! It’s pure mold spores. Believe me, I know what I’m talking about! And the price—$140 a room? Guys, that’s a lot to pay for black mold spores! I don’t know how to treat the health effects, but I do know for a fact that replacing those ancient air conditioners would save lives!
