  Lo único malo, ni un solo recepcionista hablaba español. Si llegas fuera de hora no encontrarás personal se servicio que te ayude con la traducción. Se resalta la amabilidad de las personas de la limpieza y de quien hace el servicio de mantenimiento, quien hasta te sirve de guía indicándote lugares que visitar.

  This entire stay was an exercise in textbook bias, harassment, and zero standard of customer care. I will absolutely never support this business again, and Best Western corporate needs to investigate the employees and morning manager Patel and this location immediately. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you look like me.

  The Best Western Silicon Valley exceed my expectations. This is a motel and an affordable one at that. The service was better than some more expensive hotels I've stayed in. Its not fancy but the location is great, staff is friendly, and it has all the amenities you need.

  The rooms was very clean and easy to book with the front desk. I had been up all night at Stanford Hospital for a procedure my fiancé was having. I was able to sleep comfortably and the breakfast was great, too. I will be back in the future.

  Rooms are outdated, however, comfy bed. Wear slippers or shoes bc carpet looks clean but you never know. Bathroom floors look like it could be cleaned better. Bathroom is small in our king sized bed room. AC is in a weird spot instead of near the bed. For almost $200 a night, this hotel is way overpriced. Pics make it look like it's a newer hotel, but it's old.
