  Had such a great stay here. Our previous reservation at Travelodge down the road had been cancelled without our knowledge as they were overbooked. So when we arrived at 1am, it was such a relief to deal with Alberto at Best Western. He took such good care of us, I would highly recommend this place.

  Great place to get sleep before a morning flight. Jets are loud flying by if you are not a heavy sleeper. I recommend earplugs or another way to drown out the flying planes going by

  First time at this hotel near San Francisco Airport. Bianca was a very nice, patient and very courteous employee at the front desk when we arrived. I would stay here again.

  Vlakbij het vliegveld dat is wel handig. Verder is de 1e indruk bij de lobby prima en het ontbijt volstond. Veilig gevoel gehad. Het hotel is niet zo verzorgd in alle opzichten, daarom slechts 3 sterren (hebben wel eens in vele betere BW geslapen- hier de plus niet waard)

  If you’ve ever wanted to know what it feels like to sleep on top of Runway 28R this is the hotel for you! In all seriousness rooms are super duper loud you can hear large aircraft taking off ALL night. Rooms are also in bad shape and don’t even come with body wash or shampoo. Bad management terrible hotel won’t be staying here again.
