  Rooms are dirty, food made me sick (don't eat the fruit they leave out for snacks! They are old/moldy.) I was sick for 2 days after eating the fruit. They did change my room when I asked. The first room: microwave had crusted food on the front and the sheets were not changed (body hair).

  Very polite and attendant from desk crew. Everyone took really good care of the breakfast bar. I love that they keep the train station open for you 24 hours. You don’t find many hotels that are that courteous. They do allow dogs for a small fee and they are very pet friendly almost all the rooms are near the pet potty area. They hosted three franchise and three franchises had a time. Housekeeping also came in clutch. I needed quarters for the laundry machine and Other the front desk forgot to get memorial day change the housekeeping was prepared lol.

  UPDATE- management refused to give any kind of compensation due to the fact that I did not say anything the first night. I thought maybe it was a guest using the washing machine that was also on the other side of our room. 100% not impressed with how management handled the situation. Stayed in a room that, unfortunately, was right next to the kitchen. Every morning, starting at 4am, loud banging occurred until 5:30. (Why you would put guests that are going to be there in that specific room for 4 days is beyond me ). Front desk couldn't help because there were no rooms available. So, 4 nights of being woke up at 4am (while on vacation) made for very long days (and headaches due to lack of sleep). The bubbles dont work in the hot tub (that is more lukewarm). Rooms are okay, but the direct tv only works sporadically. Will not stay here again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone either. Ended up buying ear plugs to try and dim the nois. Also, the hot tub was dirty (there was a hair clip in the bottom).

  The hot tub was nonecoffee didn't work and they charge my mom for towels she cleaned up a mess they charged her $100 we will never be back and we will never tell people to go there

  Stayed there on April 10th & 11th 2026 checking out on the 13th. . Nasty girl at the front desk. Sunday morning they had no coffee for breakfast everyone was complaining so I made coffee in the room with an old coffee maker and it ran over, cleaned it up with 3 towels and they charged me $100 for ruining 3 towels to clean it up. Still no coffee on Monday when we checked out! Hot tub was cold and the front desk girl didnt know how to help us with the remote for the TV. Said she didnt know how to use it. She was not nice at all. $100 for 3 towels!! I should have charged them for the hot tub being cold. Needless to say I wont be staying there again!!! And I stay there every year because I'm from Felton and I come to visit my Son and friends...
