  We had a very comfortable five-star stay at this Best Western. The room, service and location all worked well for our needs. The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway in a practical, budget-friendly area. It isn’t an upscale neighborhood, but we felt comfortable during our stay. There were many families and working travelers staying there, including construction crews and other laborers. The breakfast was one of the highlights. There were plenty of options, including yogurt, cereal, sausage and omelets with cheese and salsa. The coffee was also very good, and the large seating area made breakfast comfortable and relaxing. The hotel has a pool, gym and hot tub, although we didn’t have time to use them. We were given a first-floor room close to the amenities, which was especially helpful because my mother is disabled and uses a walker. The convenient room location made the stay much easier for her. The hotel is also close to restaurants and shopping. We found a very good Vietnamese restaurant nearby, and Costco was convenient for filling up our car before continuing our trip. It might be helpful for the hotel to provide guests with a list of nearby restaurants organized by cuisine, along with convenient places to buy gas. Overall, this was a comfortable, accessible and affordable place to stay, with a great breakfast and a convenient freeway location. We would gladly stay here again.

  I wasn’t sure about that one when we booked, turned out to be a nice pick. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The staff at the counter were nice, breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast.

  Everything was fine in the room except the shower knob the shower bath knob was difficult to turn it difficult to adjust

  Friendly staff, big king suite room, great hot tub, heated pool, and gym had everything I needed for a great workout. The rooms are very outdated 80s, but I dont care because if you remodel them the rates will go up. Clean, comfy, had everything I needed. Never change, BW!
