I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed sheets were dirty, with visible stains and dirt on them. I had to contact the front desk and request clean sheets, which should never be necessary when checking into a hotel.
The complimentary breakfast was equally disappointing. There was no coffee available, the food was greasy and of poor quality, and when we politely asked for coffee, the employee serving breakfast seemed irritated and responded with a bad attitude. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking during our stay.
For the amount we paid, I expected much better accommodations and service. I've stayed at other hotels that charged less and provided cleaner rooms, better breakfast options, and friendlier staff. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations, and I would not choose this hotel again.

We booked via hotels.com for 2 nights stay. The checking time was 4pm. We arrived at 3.30pm. They took $100 deposit from us and asked us to wait until checking time. Then at checking time they said no rooms are available so we have to wait.
We had a reservation already made at a restaurant for which we had to get ready and really needed the room. We tried to cancel. Hotel said we can only cancel via hotels.com. Hotels.com support agent said she needs the approval from a specialist team that will respond in 24 - 72 hours. So basically they expect us to be stranded for 3 days with no accountability. Do NOT book anything via hotels.com - book directly on hotel website.
We finally got the room at 5.30pm. There were still a few families with young kids in the lobby with nowhere to go. One family was doing their laundry for the kids clothes while feeding the kids in the lobby. Not exactly a relaxing vacation vibe.
The room itself was really good. Very spacious with a family area. The free Wi-Fi worked.
They said they will clean the room everyday but after asking multiple times they never cleaned the room. We also could not find parking in the lot even though they just charge us every night. So you have to pay even if you cannot find parking.
The coffee machine was not working and the breakfast was alright.
The location was just awesome.
But the stress was not worth it.
Found hair and otherwise dirty bath tub, the minifridge did not keep food cool, surfaces did not look like they had been wiped down, the trash bins in the room had some goo in it, the room was very musty, lamp did no turn on, etc. It was pretty gross and I'm not planning on staying here again.
We picked this location because it was a short walk from a live music club —The Catalyst. Clean and centrally located Inn. Very small pool (perhaps a spa) and very limited fitness room. Full breakfast with daily changing menu, fancy coffee-hot chocolate beverage maker. We booked a room with two queen beds and the room was very spacious. On the first floor we could hear the toddler above our room running its length so thin ceiling barrier.
Lots of places to eat nearby and a block away from the bridge that crosses the river to a really busy area with lots of restaurants and a CVS and Trader Joe’s. Would stay again.
As a Diamond select member one of my benefits is supposed to be a late check out.. not at this hotel I guess. Terrible customer service. I'll never stay here again.
Hidden fees!!! Website says nothing but they CHARGE for parking!!!
Plus they call the rooms suites but they are SO SMALL! This place is actually bad.. stay anywhere else
