  This place is not a three-star hotel! Do not be fooled. The rooms were clean, but when we went to breakfast and came back, all the sheets were off of our beds and there were no new sheets on there. This was at 8:30 in the morning! There was no housekeeping to be seen. I have never had anything like this happen to me before. The coffee tasted like water. We asked if they could fix it and they said they could not because the machine makes it that way. Worst coffee I have ever had. The breakfast was also horrible. We trust Best Western to have a decent breakfast but all they had for protein that wasn't sweet was Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches. I'm a vegetarian. I asked them if there was anyway I could get some eggs that didn't touch the meat. They told me no. The staff is nice. I understand that this area costs more but I Would it at least expect a good cup of coffee and some sort of vegetarian item at a $200 night hotel that promises breakfast.

  The employee at the front desk had zero recommendations or knowledge of local food spots. Also, they don’t take tap pay for cards. Had to wait ten minutes for them to process my card. Really weird - I’ve never dealt with that.

  I've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and I've always had a positive experience. The rooms have lots of accessible outlets for electronics if you're a busy traveler. The rooms are generally quiet, but if you prefer to keep the window open for fresh air you'll hear some mild road noise. Towels in the bathroom are a bit on the thin side but serviceable and the shower had good water pressure. The free breakfast in the morning is okay, there is a waffle maker and some packaged breakfast sandwiches and danishes.

  Great room and excellent customer service from the front desk! We visited this hotel recently after a bad experience with another hotel on the block. Elizabeth did an excellent job letting us know our options and putting our minds at ease. She even took time to show us one of the available rooms, so we’d know what we were booking. Her assistance was one of the primary reasons we went with this hotel, so I can definitely recommend it. The room we got was spacious and clean. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was great with fantastic water pressure in the shower. The bathroom even had a door that closes for privacy, which seems to be a luxury these days. The free breakfast was good too with lots of options including waffles, cereal, and fruit along with the usual packaged items you see at hotel breakfasts. We’ll definitely be stopping back in here when we’re in town again.

  could have been a little cleaner
