  I travel the bay for work and opted to come to this place based on the reviews (not sure how they got them) and thought the point would be a nicer place to stay versus inland. The rooms are dusty (don’t look at the outside of the windows) and grimy but what do you expect for the price? There is only warm water, no matter the time, it is about 109 degrees which is very different than the 150 degree coffee they serve in the morning. Booked a king room for 2 people, there were 2 towels. One of the hand towels was all dirty on the backside. They have a roll down black out blind and that is all. So if you want any natural light, everyone can see into your room. Signs saying here are complimentary earplugs- but none left. Of course by the time I realized I needed them, I was not going to walk across the parking lot in the middle of the night to see if anyone was there. But if you are street facing you hear the freeway, the main road outside and the trains- make sure you have ear plugs. Not to mention the person behind me blaring music all night. I made sure to get ear plugs from the front desk for the second night. The lady said there was no security Thur night so that is probably why the music. Luckily, Friday night there was no music and the street noise I could sleep better. Missed the breakfast the first day (shouldn’t say missed) but the second day I was equally disappointed. There was cereal (no milk), at 740 am there were 2 yogurts left, there was bagged eggs and boiled looking sausage but you could make your own toast and waffles. Needless to say, in a different hotel every weekend this is the worst one I have seen. Also note: the bottle that looks like caramel that is by the waffle maker is hot sauce, it isn’t labeled but it isn’t for your waffles. Next time I am in Richmond, I will stay someplace else.

  Ok while it shows this property being gated i dont know of it actually closes the gate Vehiclenwith trailer parks closest to the road in open lot We stayed at building 2 second floor the lights for the majority of the floor were off felt super cheesy Room was clean but looked like it needed some touch up (walls scuffed ,headboard scuffed, and the beauty ring for the shower head the one that hides the hole the pipe comes through was off the wall ) The property was clean breakfast was good and the staff i met was kind I gave the location a 4 because no lights in the stairwell or walkway we didnt hear the train

  You get way you pay for. It was clean and seemed safe. My room had an order that was masked by cleaner. The cleaner smell was so strong. I had to turn off the lihts and leave door and windows wide open and sit in the dark but the smell never left. I could not sleep the 1st night. I asked front desk if we could change and they said they were full but check in the morning. Front desk said they may be able to once we checked out by 12pm but we weren't going to be around by then but they could sent a cleaner. It didnt help. So we had to spend another night there. We asked for a discount but they didnt give us one. It was room 138. The smell they were trying to hide was from the bathroom. Other than that it was a clean place. I knew by reviews that we had a 50/50 of having issues. Our traveling companions had no issues so I guess it was 50/50 lol So I am glad they didnt but we were embarrassed that we recommended the place to them. Breakfast was ok. Waffles, sausages and egg yogurt breads coffee. Etc
