  Worst experience ever. Morning staff, including management are very rude. We stayed 2 nights. Rooms are very small, space in the bathroom is very reduced. Floors only get swept not mopped. Rooms are very humid & A/C units do not work to their full potential at least the one in room 213. Traffic & train in the area are very loud. You are given complimentary ears plugs. First morning we asked front desk for fresh towels. Female was very rude, she replied with “well don’t expect any towels until after 10:30am.” Didn’t even note down our room number & was walking away while we were trying to let her know that our WiFi & TV were not working. Our towels were not replaced we had to go & ask front desk again around 10pm. & tv was not worked on until our last day around 9:30am. Breakfast is ok, there is hot oatmeal, self serve waffles. Only fresh fruit was old apples. They also offer scrambled eggs, toast(only white) & English muffins. Coffee runs out very quick & they only refill once. You must arrive to breakfast lobby by 7-7:30am. But 8am everything is running out. Only thing they will replace is waffle batter & coffee. When we asked front desk to speak with management she needed a reason & room number 1st. We spoke with management about our issue with towels & wifi & she did not seem to care, & she seemed upset with us about the issue.

  King size bed was confortable. Room floor hasn't been moped in awhile. The bottom of the feet end up dark filthy when walking barefoot. The worst was the hotel running out of breakfast by 8:30am. No eggs, coffee, milk, waffle batter, paper plates, orange juice. How can they let it run out of most everything?

  The beds were soft & great to sleep in. However you could tell the room had it's wear, even though the room was remodel with high-end finshes. That they are not deep cleaning the rooms, as you can tell by the soap scum on the sink, cakked dust in the bath fan & scrapes on the bathroom ceiling, lime scale on the shower head. The property is close to the freeway & other side of the property is railroad tracks, so there's is loud noises from the outside , however the hotel does provide 3M foam ear plugs & if you run the A\C you wouldn't hear the noise. Surprised the property had a large amount of green space. The breakfast is the standard BW breakfast package. Overall the property compares to a BW blue or quality inn grade of property.

  We are currently staying at this hotel for work . We stayed at this hotel last year for work and something definitely changed..the staff works hard all day cleaning up the place and making look great. Better then ever..what a change since my last stay last year. It's like night and day. Room is clean, property is clean. Whoever is taking care of this hotel now is doing a fantastic job 👏

  Booked the room for the pool in the search, got there and the pool was closed. The heater, air conditioner wouldn't even power on, neither would the hairy dryer. Sketchy part of town also. Staff was friendly though.
