  I’m a member of best western rewards , I checked in at bestwestern inn Redwood City for the first time , front desk I think George is his name very nice ! The front desk on a Monday was kind of rude ( , I got use of a full breakfast in South San Francisco best western ) I was just asking about the Quaker oat preparation but was not accommodating at all. The room needs remodeling , everything is old . The carpet was already bad with black stain . Then 2 nights of sleepless I was itching , the next day I turned on all the lights and found ants all over even in my bed ! I called front desk before checking out and notified him!

  Overall was okay, nothing fancy but not too bad. However, a cleaning person absolutely did steal my phone charger. I am not one to accuse of stealing often, but I had the charger one night and then left to an event. When I came back, the charger was nowhere to be found. It is just such a petty thing to steal, though it was the only thing of value I left in the room. Absolutely will not be returning here. The room itself was fine, nothing to complain about there. Just be cautious if you leave anything in the room apparently. Note: God forbid I find the charger anywhere I will absolutely update/delete this review. I really do not enjoy accusing stealing, especially when no others have reported this issue

  Stay if your desperate. Room smells the vacuuming is done monthly. The bed is beyond wore out,and I slept with the windows wide opened and heat on high to tolerate the stitch. The train and traffic is a plus while you try to sleep! Don't walk on the carpet maybe get foot fungus:)

  Great value hotel, but walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors quite well.

  Honestly this is the first time I've written a review. I just don't like taking the time to do it but I'm thoroughly impressed with this place. Rates were fair based on the area. The rooms are very well maintained with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Working heat and ac. There is a pool however I did not use it. Breakfast included sausage and eggs which was a nice plus. Complimentary bottled water and coffee. The shower has very good water pressure. This is easily the best mid scale hotel I've ever stayed in and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Fast and easy check in/check out with very friendly staff.
