  I reserved 2 nights using points and cash. I left all my belongings in the room because I was coming back for my 2nd day. When I returned my key didn't work. I was able to stay but they told me when you use points you can only reserve 1 day. When they sent an email asking for feedback I told my story. The response was "if you have a problem go to the front desk" so, they ask for feedback but I don't think they receive it or respond to it. It's a decent place to stay but I may think twice before staying there again.

  Great hotel and near to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Near the beach and great customer service

  Schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern in Top Lage. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und toller Pool!

  We had just stayed here for one night . The only complaint we have is when my wife called she was told that this place was a hotel not a motel ! We made the best of it after we got there . We are from the Mojave desert it was a long drive however the breakfast was good we had many family members come down and stay .

  Fantastic place for the money. Decent location, nice pool and hot tub, great breakfast included, everything throughout the property was clean and in good working order. Nice, comfortable option for a longer stay for those of us who can't afford $400+ per night.
