  Joyce, the evening front desk clerk was great. We were tired! She was so thoughtful and kind. Breakfast person, didn't catch her name was also great!

  Good stopping point for long drives - right off the freeway. Didn’t like that bathroom sink was in main room, but staff was super friendly.

  Please do yourself a favor a skip this one… we are in town for a funeral service and booked this hotel to be somewhat closer to family who live here. When we first arrived our room bedding was dirty, yellow, orange and brown stains on bedding and pillows. They moves us to another room which smelled like marijuana we are traveling with a child so that isn’t gonna work… they moved us back original room after “cleaning it”. There was no other rooms available I guess? Fine we will deal. Next issue she A/C kicks on and the room immediately smells like urine so gross not sure if a human or animal has used the unit as a bathroom.. The final straw was at 10pm last night a drunk and or high male tried to enter our room I had to physically shove him away from my door as he kept trying to get in. When I went and complained the gal at the front desk told me it wasn’t the hotels responsibility. Spent the whole night worried some vagrant was going to break in. We were supposed to be there 3 nights left this morning and moved to a new hotel. The only pro I will is Julie at the front desk refunded us for the 2 nights we didn’t stay. Wish I could have been reimbursed for the awful night we were there but whatever. Just do yourself a favor and stay far away from here!

  I am very disappointed with this room. As soon as I walked in I smelled the immediate odor of fecal matter. I initially thought that maybe my wife used the restroom while I was unpacking our stuff out of the car. I asked her if she used the bathroom and she said no. She also noticed the foul odor. We arrived at the hotel pretty late so we didn’t even want to complain and switch rooms, we just sprayed some perfume to mask the odor. The next day we went down to take advantage of the free breakfast. The options were typical of what you would expect of continental breakfast offering nowadays. However both waffle makers were not working correctly. I’ve used these sort of machines many times before, and this was the first time I ever had issues using a waffle maker. The waffles stuck to the waffle maker and when we tried to pull them up they broke apart. In addition the waffles were not cooked thoroughly. I initially thought that maybe the waffle maker could use some non stick spray so I put some on. The same problem occurred though. I immediately let the worker know and she promised to let the manager know. I do not believe that she did though. The manager never showed up. The worker working the breakfast area also had an attitude with my wife when she was trying to figure how to use the coffee maker. I definitely will never stay at this location again. The walls are also paper thin. The room next to us had kids and we could literally hear everything that was going on next door.
