  basically no service, room is low end motel level, the most important thing, Super.com online price is 135 night, but one night this location and super.com charged you 400+. DO NOT USE SUPER.COM and DO NOT Recommend this place

  I've stayed in many different hotels in Redding as I've traveled from the San Francisco area up to Southern Oregon every year for many years. This has been by far the best experience. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and I was completely blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Definitely a cut above any of the other hotels I've stayed at in Redding on this journey. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. I think it helps that they have an actual restaurant joe the buffet is actually decent food versus just Cheerios, bagels and yogurt at most places. My only critique is that the mattress was entirely too soft for me, but I know different people have different tastes and the friends I was traveling with said the mattress in their room felt a little too firm so it might be room dependent as well

  Great place to take a pet they have a small area in the back for pets to go and walk around its a small strip of grass

  We had a stop over here on our way to Oregon. We were made very welcome and the room was great, clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had a lovely meal with great service. Overall a great experience.
