  I left my wallet in my room after checking out. The staff tried calling me and for some reason it wouldn’t go though, so they sent me an email. I’m in Pennsylvania and they made sure I got my wallet back (with all the money). Extremely helpful and honest. Hotel is next to the mountains with great views. Highly recommend them.

  From the counter to the room the check in is smooth . Clean fresh smell of room. Great lobby with treats and business center. Pool area was fun ! Great breakfast!!!

  Horrible. We have been staying at be for year. After driving for 6 hours the man at the counter continued to show the man in front of us homes in Las Vegas as the stated I am a real estate agent. It took a while before he greeted us. We are diamond members. He was awful. I had to go back and ask for water and treats. He asked if we were members. Ugh. A long walk to pool. The breakfast was good. The other desk people were kind and helpful. We received a discount for our troubles. We are looking into another hotel experience. Rm 105 at Palm Springs bw. We could not get WiFi on computer or tablet unless we went to lobby. Horrible. Bw plus would have been better. Don’t book inn.😒😒

  The pictures they have online for booking, are not reflective of the actual property. They seem false or outdated. Upon arrival i showed the pictures to the owner at the front desk and he even said I wasn’t at the right location, but after confirming the address turns out this is where the booking was. The price paid ($430) was not worth staying at this location. Pool was not fully clean. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay.

  When I come to California I dont like to change hotels. I like to stay at 1 place. I used to stay at a competitor down the street for many years . I had the absolute pleasure of staying here at best western . Housekeeping was so friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was kind. The room was clean . Breakfast not bad ! I really enjoyed my stay here at this property . Thank you very much best western I look forward to rebooking in future
