  Good place to stay, there is 3 levels, basement, 1st floor and 2nd, there is a elevator. If you have a bad back, the beds are too soft but comfortable. Good water pressure for shower, also, you can hear the people above you walking....

  The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly, but the major downside of this hotel is that it is very noisy. There is a lot of road noise and if you're on the lower floor of rooms, you will hear every footstep of the folks above. So if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest a different hotel.

  The location is very convenient if you have to go to Stanford Medical Center. The structure itself appears to be pretty low-grade, but they’ve tried to clean it up with some fresh paint and they ripped up the carpets and put in some faux flooring The biggest complaint is the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Because there’s no carpet I can hear the person above me walking back-and-forth very loudly and he’s talking on the phone. They do supply earplugs, which is an indicator this is a common issue.. The hotel is not overbooked at all, and would made more sense for them not to put a patron above a room of another patron and stagger them out The man at the front desk is nice. He does not understand everything being said but his understanding of English is good enough to check in. parking is free Wi-Fi is hit or miss. My laptop cannot connect, but my phone can. It’s stay here again in a pinch, but for over $200 I would look elsewhere first.

  If you like trains and noise at night and early in the morning, this is the place for you! If you actually want to sleep you should probably look elsewhere. The noise is so bad that they actually provide earplugs for you so you can sleep. I wish I was joking. It's too bad the earplugs don't work. The breakfast is decent, though, so when you get up in the morning exhausted from not sleeping you have that to fall back on.
