  Comfortable, clean, comfortable beds, pillows we’re okay. Very nice for dogs with lots of grass. Free breakfast offering a variety of foods. Very nice staff.

  Thank you for the Great attention and service, the stay was perfect. Nice location to hit up local Casinos. We spent the evening at Fantasy Springs Rock Yard where Free Cover bands have a concert style setting and sound. The Best Western was Very clean and rooms - facilities are taken care of by The staff who worked diligently to have it that way, breakfast ready at 5am awesome for the early riser and there was plenty of it. Special thanks to the gent who checked us in, we had a wonderful stay 🤩 Extra bonus$$ Pool and Spa is open 24 hours 🤯🤯🤯

  Recently stayed here for three nights. It’s an older motel with some cosmetic updates, the type of place that relies entirely on good management to keep from running down. Fortunately, the staff here is spectacular. They provide a level of service you just don't expect at this price point. Every employee we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our stay. The property does a fantastic job with what it has, offering a safe and clean pool area, a surprisingly good breakfast, and world-class hospitality.

  An older hotel but very clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk (2 gentleman working overnight) were outstanding and such a pleasure. Perfect little hotel for a quick stay while passing through Palm Springs!
