  The worst experience ever, let me start off by saying I should of read the reviews, this lady made my experience hell she was so bluntly racist and rude towards me after I asked her a simple question and after I’ve been staying there for only a couple hrs my friend that came and visit me was harassed by one of her workers after he left my room asking why he was there as soon as he came out my room, I asked her why would they do that she proceeded to be rude answer the phone and didn’t give me her name not sure if it’s the social media with the Asian business not servicing black people thing or her just being a anger lady but when I checked in with the other lady I didn’t get the lay same energy or I woulda never stayed there. I will never book here again and will be calling corporate

  Called ahead to see if the pool was heated and the hot tub was working, they said yes, by the time we got there, we found out that the hot tub was out of service and wasn't gonna be even thought about being looked at until after the weekend and the pool was definitely not heated.

  The “customer service” I received while speaking to the manager of this hotel at 11:22am on 5/22/2026 was the worst “customer service” I’ve received. The employee I spoke to before was kind but once transferred to the manager she was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. When I asked for her name so I could report it to someone she said good luck and hung up on me. I understand if someone came at her incorrect but she started the whole conversation already with the wrong attitude + defensive. I was physically attacked and was unable to take my trip for medical reasons. I get policies but at least have some compassion. You can say no without being rude and hanging up on someone. Disgusting behavior.
