  My husband and I had a wonderful time at your hotel. The room service was amazing, and everyone was so welcoming especially Hope at the front desk! She has incredible customer service skills, a warm smile, and a fantastic attitude. On our way out, since we had missed breakfast, she thoughtfully made sure we had coffee for the road. The Best Western Galt Hotel is so lucky to have her! she has beautiful manners and treats everyone with genuine kindness. 😍🥰❤️ Thank you Hope!

  Place was kept very clean, was quiet beds really comfortable, pool was kept clean ,breakfast area always kept cleaned and restocked ,personel very attentive and professional,thank you very much
