  The rooms are ok, nothing special, but clean. It was annoying that the fitness room was closed and we didn't know until we arrived.

  Staff was incredibly rude. My mom was trying to take her medications and asked a staff member standing next to the drink dispenser at breakfast if she could have some water from the beverage machine really quick as breakfast was ending at 9am sharp!, and the machine was off but she needed to take her medicine still. The lady refused - told her no, told my disabled mom who walks with 2 canes that she needed to go use the water fountain which was all the way across the hotel from where they were. There are also have no handicap parking because they put their car charging stations in the handicap spots! Save yourself time and go somewhere else. They don't care about you, just that you pay them money. I would give 0 stars if I could. Awful! The room and hotel had a musty odor to them; we had to call down to the front desk to verify that our room was indeed a non-smoking room because it reeked.

  I recently stayed here over labor day weekend and my stay was definitely mixed. The room was very nice and very reasonably priced compared to hotels in area. However, the service was definitely lacking. The breakfast attendant was very unpleasant. I believe this is the result of being overworked and the hotel would benefit from having 2 staff members managing the breakfast. There were at least 10 but at times up to 20 people in the breakfast area grabbing breakfast at a time. At that rate, items run out fast and the one worker can not replace the items fast enough. The selection of items available at the breakfast was also lacking. I witnessed them making one tray of bacon right at 6am and it ran out before 8am and they did not make another one. The unpleasant staff member said she was not making another one, not that they did not have any more, but that she wasn't making another one. So if you see an item you like at breakfast grab it instantly. Best western needs to do better.

  El manager que está durante el día es 0 agradable me hizo un cobro sin previo aviso, afortunadamente lo platique con la manager de la tarde y lo elimino. El hotel es bonito, limpio y muy bien ubicado no hay ruidos de carros.

  The front desk Hispanic girl really helped us when I double booked. The room was great, the staff were great, the parking excellent, everything was really good. One recommendation, and it’s just a recommendation, in such a beautiful hotel, I would stay away from such strong smelling cleaners like Fabuloso. Everywhere we walked, that’s what we smelled. I know many love the smell, but it smells cheap. I think that in a public places such as hotels, products such as broad spectrum disinfectants that are stronger but do not have such fragrance to them should be used. Just a suggestion. My family and I will always choose a Best Western Hotel over any other because we know we will always receive a comfortable stay.
