  All that is needed to be said is the mattresses are stiff and you can feel every spring in them. Until they fix that problem I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Other than that I would highly recommend. But the mattresses. Omg... if you want a comfortable mattress... move on.

  ⭐️⭐️ 2 Stars Very disappointing stay at Best Western Plus Northwoods Inn in Crescent City. The room had an unpleasant musty smell and felt old and dated. If you stay on the first floor, be prepared to hear every footstep from the guests above. The noise from the second floor repeatedly woke me up during the night. Breakfast was also very limited and nothing special. After driving down the beautiful Oregon coast, arriving in Crescent City and staying here was unfortunately a big disappointment. For the price, I expected a much cleaner, quieter, and more comfortable experience. I would not stay here again.

  If you are traveling with a small child, I strongly recommend not booking this hotel. We booked and fully paid for our room several days before the trip. At the time of booking, we requested a crib for our two-month-old baby, because having a safe place for him to sleep was essential for us. The hotel did not respond to our request for several days. Then, about one hour before our expected check-in time, while we were already on the road from Seattle with our two-month-old baby, they finally told us that they could not provide a crib. Their solution was to suggest that we go to Walmart and buy one ourselves if we needed it. We called the hotel, explained the situation, and asked them to cancel the reservation and refund us because they had informed us at the very last minute. They refused and simply referred to their policy. As a result, we had to find another hotel while we were already on the road with a two-month-old baby. The main problem is not simply that they could not provide a crib. The problem is that they received our request several days earlier and did not tell us that they could not fulfill it at all. If they had told us in advance, we would have simply booked another hotel. Even the General Manager, Brittany Jenkins, took several days to respond to our complaint. In my opinion, this says a lot about the level of customer service and hospitality at this hotel.

  Don’t do it! I paid $330 for a standard king room. It was clean, but the smell of cleaning product was so strong. The walls are incredibly thin, and we were woken up multiple times throughout the night. For over $300, that should absolutely not happen. The continental breakfast was in a pretty location, but a motel room with no additional amenities and thin walls should not cost over $300.

  My wife and two young boys arrived at 3:45pm for our reservation. We were told the room wasn’t ready and to come back at 4pm. We came back at 4:30pm and the front desk girl Laylei checked us in. But THEN she told us the room still wasn’t ready and we would have to wait in the parking lot. She told us she would text us when the room was ready. 3 hours later and still NOTHING!!! we left and got another room elsewhere. Never heard anything from them. They obviously knew that people would leave after a while. These people are running some sort of scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM.
