  Florence was the kindest SA I've ever met. Never felt this welcomed and cared for at any other luxury brands I've been to. She was so friendly and sweet from the beginning to the end my visit, which wasn't planned at all, but I'm so glad I did stop by to try on the necklaces. Would definitely recommend this location of Bvlgari to my friends!

  You walk into Bvlgari. The gatekeeper is on their phone. You pull out your phone. The website is on life support. Same brand. Same payroll. Same active disregard for the human holding a credit card. 45/100 isn't a score—it's a ransom note for the privilege of being ignored in two time zones. Luxury? You're charging luxury prices for the experience of a DMV with better lighting. At least the DMV has a number ticket. You just have a terminal that swipes and a thumb that scrolls—and you call that "luxury" like a parking meter calls itself a valet. Structural Remediation Required.

  Exceptional Hospitality and Masterpiece Horology at Bvlgari SCP A huge thank you to Nicole (my incredible client advisor), the store manager, and the in-house watch specialist at the beautiful Bvlgari Boutique at South Coast Plaza for an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost warmth and professionalism. Beyond the impeccable, warm hospitality, the team took the time to showcase some of Bvlgari’s ultimate achievements in haute horlogerie. Holding the world-record thinnest tourbillon—an engineering marvel thinner than a credit card—was surreal. Seeing the micro-engineering of their smallest automatic movement alongside their breathtaking high-jewelry collections really highlighted why the house is a master of both structure and style. This was a flawless boutique experience from a highly knowledgeable team. Outstanding service and an absolute must-visit boutique for anyone who appreciates true luxury.

  Brought clients here while they were in town touring properties in Newport Beach and evaluating the overall lifestyle Orange County offers. BVLGARI at South Coast Plaza is exactly what you'd expect from the brand — bold, Italian, and meticulously presented. The Serpenti collection caught my client's eye immediately, and the staff was exceptional in guiding her through the options with patience and genuine expertise. The boutique has that luxurious, gallery-like feel that makes browsing feel like an experience in itself. For anyone relocating to OC from New York or Europe, South Coast Plaza's maison-level boutiques like BVLGARI feel right at home.
