  Front desk staff was quick to check us in. Our room was clean with enough towels. It was nice to get a newspaper, coffee, and snacks at the small market that is around corner from check in. Breakfast the next morning is located across the parking lot. Hot sausages, eggs, bacon, cereals, baked goods are available. Staff was polite and items were replenished as needed. It's a perfect location for attending the c fair for 2 days in a row!

  We stay here every year for the OC Fair, and Kelly is always fantastic during check-in. He goes above and beyond for all our accommodations. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the fair entrance, the breakfast is always delicious, and their fancy coffee machine and water machine available all day is the cherry on the cake. We need to stay here more often for beach trips and more local visits. Highly recommend!

  I stay here regularly on my business travels and I have had only solid experiences at this particular location. From the front desk staff to the amazing crew working the breakfast area. Kay and the other crew there in the morning are always friendly with a smile on their faces. I really wanted to mention that I have not stayed here in roughly 6 months and as soon as I walked in the staff greeted me by name and Kay with the breakfast crew remembered my name and was very warm and welcoming. Looks like this round they have remodeled the rooms and have a nice large Flat Screen TV in the King Room. It is nice to have the amenity as many hotels I stay in including the hiltons have smaller sized TV’s and I like to watch a movie after a long days work. Cheers to the whole crew and staff!

  The staff and attitude is not welcoming. Housekeeping acts like we owe them something. The lady that is in charge walks around like she owns the place. The front desk staff is very rude and not welcoming. They had an attitude when we checked in and when we had questions. Rooms were nice, but will not spend another dime here. Service is poor.

  Don’t stay here and risk sleeping with roaches! I was so disappointed with my stay with best western having roaches in their hotel and I noticed after I was settled in and had my stuff out. I contacted management and let them know how unsanitary it was and that it was unacceptable especially me being 8 months pregnant and having my children with me. I requested a full refund and he chuckled and said the best he can do is 35% and blamed that since I was near the exit that’s why they had roaches . Save your time and money and don’t book here
