  I love this stay! Starting off with the front desk. Norman was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions with kindness and hospitality. Haven't felt this kind of great customer service since prior to covid! I really hope corporate realizes what a great employee he is. Thanks Best Western this has been a great experience . Cleanliness, spacious , even the AC has a pleasant smell which was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

  I was disappointed with the hotel stay, so I will try to stick with the Holiday Inn Express brand whenever it is available in the future. Additionally, the breakfast area policy only allows for dining in. This is inconvenient when traveling with children who sleep in, as the hotel does not allow you to take breakfast back to the room for them. This restriction was not advertised. The room was very noisy due to its proximity to the highway. The walls are quite thin, and I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above and my neighbors running their water. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep or relax during the day.

  I had a hip replacement. Manager Kelly made sure that I was comfortable. The room was clean, breakfast was very good, plenty of parking. The staff was so kind, they treated me like family. Kay, Gem, Melissa, brought my breakfast to the table, I was using a walker. Kay surprised me with lunch for my birthday! Bob helped me with the TV, Ana Rosa, Maria kept my room clean and tidy. It's a wonderful hotel with a great staff!

  Decent place to stay. Good value for the cost. Clean room. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Friendly customer service. Parking was limited, until I found the underground parking. Felt a little uncomfortable parking there, because it was nearly empty. The front desk person assured me they had cameras, so I took a chance. There was elevator access from the underground parking. I had no issues. My only complaint was that I had to go to a different floor all the way to the other end to get ice. The had a nice selection of snacks for purchase and complimentary gourmet coffee machine at the guest desk. It was hot and delicious, with creamers I grabbed it on my way out, so I didn't have to bother with the coffee in my room and no cream. 😁 15 from New Port Beach Pier. Newport Oyster Bar and Grill; Handel's Ice Cream. 💦🩵💙
