While it is very nice looking, very clean, great breakfast in the morning and front desk was nice The room we rented had an AC that would not run properly… we called to see if we could move We changed rooms Again nice clean room, but AC wouldn’t go below 78° Fortunately the weather temp dropped and then the AC was pushing in a little cooler When you stay the night in the Valley in Spring summer and beginning of fall we still need mka suitable AC for a nights rest Overall, nice place and good location especially when the downtown area is having some kind of Festival happening

Nice clean property, centrally located in Old Town Clovis. Front desk is helpful and kind.

The beds were not that great. The AC was loud. But it sounded like a heavy rain. The "breakfast" was lacking. The access to the towns activities was very good. I can recommend it but just know before hand what you are walking into.
