If I could give this hotel half a star I would! The service from housekeeping was phenomenal, however, I am handicapped which means I can't hardly walk. The elevator broke 5 times in my 6 night stay, & we were given a 3rd floor room. Friday night there were more cars than parking spots, & no microwaves in the room. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! Does not look like the pictures at all, & the pool was very small (not much bigger than a 9 person jacuzzi)!

The only good thing is the location. My daughter who is autistic was trapped in an elevator for half an hour and all i got from stafff is that it always happens which is very unsafe for anyone. As well they say it is a queen size bed but really is s full size bed. I do not recommend for any family for safety reasons.

First there is no microwave in the room, 2. You have to go to the lobby to ise the microwave. 3 it says there giving you a king size bed it is not king size its a full size. Its smells very funky too.
All i can say is spend the extra 30 to 50 per night somewhere else cuz this isnt even worth it

Let's start this review with, my husband has been a Best Western member for years and traveled for business for years only staying at Best Westerns. So with that said...Do you like cheap rooms? This is the place to be. Well we got what we paid for. Crap smeared on the wall (for some reason this review will not allow me to post Photos), towels had lint all over them (so of course when you just get out the shower, you're wet and the lint sticks to you), when you need more towels, they won't have any. The beds are so uncomfortable, they roll, room stinks, Oh and my husband got stuck in their elevator. Can't rate their breakfast because I didn't want my kids eating here, the lobby where breakfast is being served looks suspect. Location is great, but everything else about this place gets a zero. Ok, I'll take the zero rating back and say that they get a star because of the customer service the guy at the front desk provided. Thank this guy for the one star!
Mattress are so soft, I could feel the springs, no microwave in the room, I was told we could get a roll away, but then I was going to be charged $25.00 for the rollaway… breakfast bad… smallest …this hotel is not best western standards … I found a roach in our bathroom last night…yea NO… and my husband got stuck in the elevator he kept calling from the elevator and nobody came, he called me and I had to call the front desk, the gentleman was like oh… I kept getting a call from the elevator but didn’t check like come on.. the only plus has been they have plugs to charge your car!
