  We are in Brawley which is in the middle of nowhere and its 117 outside. The entire experience here at this particular Best Western is above and beyond. The flawless and welcoming check in to the cleanliness and maintenance of this older property that transforms its age to a very cool immaculate charm. The super clean well stocked rooms. The courtesy and knowledge of the staff. It's just a notch above in a very authentic home style way across the board because the people who work here make it so. After driving in crippling heat for 5 hours it was a home away from home and a unique and rare experience. An outstanding value. I've stayed in hundreds if not thousands of hotels and resorts over my long career across the United States everything from EconoLodge to the JW Marriott and even the Marquis. The authenticity and relaxation that this particular property offers just by attending to detail and caring is virtually unobtainable in today's market and culture.

  The rooms were clean and organized. When entering, I was greeted very friendly and almost immediately. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and never had any real issues. It does rest along the Main Street, with a couple rooms facing right along sidewalk. But earplugs are generous provided for those rooms, if use is necessary. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to be your stop in Brawley.

  I had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus Main Street Inn! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made check-in quick and easy. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of fresh options, and the hotel was quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The customer service really stood out—they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay.

  Rooms are clean, but their bathrooms need attention, there is mold by the tubs. Breakfast was good, they have a good variety of food to choose from.They need to work on their keys, keys get deactivated a lot. Their swimming pool needs attention. I think their prices are high for the hotel.
