  I was looking for a necklace, but it was not available when I visited. Jackie told me she would contact me if it came in stock, and she did within a day. Even though it was her day off, she arranged for Kimberly to look after us. Both Jackie and Kimberly were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Very happy with my necklace and the excellent customer service. Thank you!

  I had a wonderful experience for my very first purchase at Van Cleef! My sales manager, Rosanna, was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout the entire process. She made the whole experience so special and stress-free. I highly recommend her❣️

  I’m honestly surprised by the number of negative reviews about this boutique, especially the comments about Jay and the customer service, because my experience has been completely different. I’ve visited this store four times over the past 4–6 weeks. My first visit was simply to browse the Alhambra 5 motif bracelets, something I had been dreaming about for nearly four years as a special birthday purchase. I had even hoped to be assisted by Jay, just to see if the reviews reflected reality. Although I ultimately made my purchase in Japan, I returned to this boutique for resizing and follow-ups. On both my second and third visits, Jay assisted me, and each time he was nothing but friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to make sure everything was right and made the process feel easy and comfortable. My fourth visit was to pick up the resized bracelet, and once again, the experience was consistent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly with a smile, offered drinks and chocolates, and made to feel welcome while I waited. Of course, I can only speak from my own experience, and it’s unfortunate that others may have had less positive visits. But based on my multiple interactions, I would definitely encourage giving this boutique another chance. My experience has been nothing but pleasant each time.

  Made an appointment online for 11am Monday, never got a confirmation email. I showed up on time, checked in with receptionist who didn't see my appt but she accommodated me. She sent me to the bar where a lovely gentleman served a refreshing non alcoholic drink with some chocolate. Shortly thereafter I was greeted by a lovely sales associate named Rosanna. I was a little leery after reading the reviews for this VC store. Rosanna was more than helpful and took care of business. Besides the appt not being on the books, the visit went off without a hitch.
