  This was our first time to stay here but I don’t think it will be our last. This older hotel has lots of charm and old mission style character. The lovely front desk upgraded our room to a king suite. The pool has a waterfall, hot tub and fountain area. This is not a glitzy, modern hotel, but if you enjoy clean rooms , a hotel with history and charm, as well as a very nice breakfast buffet convenient to Highway 101… stay here!

  Hacienda styled beautiful hotel in Arroyo grande. Besides the highway, close to restaurants and shops. Clean rooms with a great complimentary breakfast. Excellent value for the money. Amenities were adequate and Internet was good. All in all a very good place to stay in Arroyo grande.

  Family and I stayed here on our recent road trip. The staff was great, the room exceeded our expectations, I thought I got an upgrade. We wanted to stay longer, but another night was not available. We will stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

  Convenient location and friendly check in. Rooms are tiny and dated and bathrooms are very old but clean. Breakfast is terrible and very crowded. They didn't even have coffee creamer. We have previously stayed at the much cheaper Days Inn just down the street, and it's a remodeled room for a lot less money.
