Nice place to stay, shopping center near by, close to freeway but not easily heard, staff was friendly and wanted to clean our room the first day we were there but respected our decision to skip that clean, breakfast the first day was better stocked than the second day but after asking items were refilled beds were comfy and fireplace in lobby would have been cozy to sit by if it wasn't so HOT out. Blackout curtains did there job and the walkway near the garden would also have been a nice place to sit if it wasn't HOT. The pool was busy but didnt try it out this trip.

There were 4 of us, older, 2 with mobility issues. They had upgraded us to a suite instead of 2 queen beds. At first we were the farthest from the breakfast room, and as it was situated uphill-ish with uneven pavement, I asked to move to a more handicapped friendly room. They found one that was also a suite but more level and not so uneven pavement to walk across with an old walker with 2 wheels and tennis balls for 1 of us. It was much safer and closer to the breakfast room. We had to enlist the help of housekeeping to go on a hunting expedition in the old room for items that hid on us. They were so very accomodating all around, the rooms were really nice and had all we needed for a couple of days stay, and breakfast was great! We would definitely go back agsin!!

It looks nice from the outside, but the mattress is worn out, the carpet is dirty, and you can hear people walking around on the floor above. The free breakfeast was a zoo- most the food consumed by 8:30 and the kitchen was not restocking items.

Don’t waste your time or money at this hotel! The rooms are mediocre at best and they are over priced. The staff is rude and unhelpful and not accommodating whatsoever! There are much nicer, less expensive hotels in the area that are much cleaner with friendlier staff. Don’t expect this hotel to do anything for you except take your money and ignore any requests you might have.
