  Meh, room wasn’t fully clean. The cracks along the walls have various crumbs and look dirty. The beds were bouncy and uncomfortable. Shower didn’t drain. Pool was down and jacuzzi was Luke warm. I don’t get how this is a “plus”. Breakfast was gross with coffee in machine being burnt. Checked out one night early and the front desk lady said “we aren’t going to refund you for the night you aren’t staying” and I didn’t even ask her for a refund I just explained why we were checking out early. Terrible customer service. Just stay at a hotel in flagstaff and drive over to bearizona.

  Great hotel, especially when considering the price! Restaurant was a little pricey but it had great food and service.

  This hotel is really a Great hidden gem. Located very close to the historic town of Williams and Grand Canyon Railway. The rooms are updated and very clean. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

  Awesome stay. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and well stocked. Great free breakfast. Easy parking.
