  Crickets were everywhere.in the bed, bathroom and climbing the walls. They chirped from around 4pm to 7am. We could hardly sleep especially knowing they were everywhere. The gust services believed it was a normal accordance. We tried not to complain but it was horrible 😢

  Horrible experience!! NEVER again will I go back to this hotel. The night security/Night front desk guy was so RUDE he wasn't willing to help in anyway! He kept saying he wascharging my card, yet NOT once did my card get swipped!! He wasnt letting me check in for whatever reason. He told us we couldnt wait for our lyft near the door. He was too worried about looking at females outfront instead of doing his job!! Thanks for making our wedding night feel sooooo "special" 😑😑😑😑😑

  This is hands down the best little boutique hotel in Scottsdale. It is immaculate, the staff is courteous and professional going above and beyond every time you walk in the door. Dino and Shiv are warm and welcoming at every encounter. The rooms are clean and beautiful and the pool is well kept and inviting. The location is 3 minutes from Fashion Square Mall, restaurants and clubs. The pricing is great. I would never stay anywhere else. If you are coming to Scottsdale for business or pleasure, this is the place!!

  I already loved Best Western so staying here I knew what to expect. I was wrong. The room was even bigger than expected or shown in the pictures. The breakfast was extensive options from French Toast to pancakes to scrabled eggs, sausage, bacon and even a breakfast burrito. I loved it all. The pool looked so inviting especially with the immense heat. This Best Weatern was a huge hit and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Scottsdale.
