  Unfortunately this is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. I have no complaints about the service, just the stay itself. The hallway was hot. Our room was okay, however the toilet flushed poorly, often requiring two flushes with what normally requires only one flush. And then after flushing, the toilet would make a loud squealing noise which would then subside after about 3 minutes after flushing. I have stayed at other locations that provide shampoo, conditioner and soap via a dispenser in the shower. However this location only provided us a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. We also had trouble with the room keys, taking multiple tries for the keys to work. The plus side is breakfast was included, which consisted of eggs, bacon and waffles.

  Not bad. Price was cheap. Neighbors were kinda loud, but not hotel's fault. Definitely older, but clean. Smelled like cigarettes. Green space was nice for the dogs. Our house ac went out, this place got us in same day. Nice breakfast.

  Not impressed with this hotel. My first room I had to leave because the air conditioner was so loud, it kept me up all night. They were nice enough to move me to a new room after I waited for an hour for the maintenance guy, who never showed. In my new room, I found sticky rings on the table, bugs on the wall, and hairs in the tub. Gross! But the air conditioner is quite.

  If you need new clean towels or need to use the ice or vending machine, you will be directed to go to Circle K. The nonchalant front desk clerk in the evening needs to be re-trained on customer service, her skills suck. And in the room: why do you have a sofa without no pillows??... I get its a pull out sofa but come on, better presentation. I will say this to couples and single people. If you need to have some adult time, this is the perfect hotel for that. But that's bout it.

  The air conditioning in Room 109 was not blowing cold. Called the front desk had maintenance come look. THEY BROUGHT A BRAND NEW WALL UNIT. THE ROOM WILL GET COOL NOW!!
