  I'm a little bit disappointed as the rates were well over $200 the hot tub didn't work my air-conditioning doesn't want to stay on in the rooms is hot. I always stay here but this time disappointing

  What a surprise! This hotel was so so clean and modern. We didn't expect that for globe. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The gated parking was a huge plus. Morning breakfast service was also lovely. Salsa choices were a nice touch. We would absolutely stay here again.

  They didn't give us the room we reserved and the staff were very unprofessional and unfriendly. Their solution to the issue was for us to go somewhere else.

  We have stayed here frequently through the years. The motel is always nice, is clean and personnel are friendly. The air conditioning unit is always noisy but we use ear plugs to drown out most of it. The one problem with this stay - taking a shower was taking your life in your hands! The tub bottom was extremely slippery. There was 1-grab bar but it was stationed outside the shower curtain and useless! The tub bottom needs a new grip surface - Rm 218. Breakfast was fine with a wonderful waitress in charge of serving. Love the mini waffles but could have eaten 2 of them. My bad for not asking for another one. We will return.
