  I booked a room for my elderly parents to stay while visiting. The desk agent was so very helpful with selecting and reserving a room that would have the shortest walk to the entrance. The accessible rooms were already booked, but I appreciated the assistance of the person I dealt with. She was compassionate and caring about the situation. I did have to cancel due to a sudden health issue with my parents but look forward to booking them hereafter things are resolved and truly appreciate dealing with a real live person instead of a call center.

  The place stay or stop for the night. Very clean, rooms and all facilities. The staff is great and friendly. The property is very well kept.
