  Bobby at the first desk was absolutely amazing it was extremely hot but they had a pool for us to cool off, breakfast amazing no complaints. This is 2 nd time staying here we will definitely be back

  Place is worth the stay. Stayed in king smoking and it didnt have the normal smoke smell, it was all very clean, beds were comfy, tv had better than most cable and the ac was freezing so I slept great! Will stay again, well worth the money!!!

  We are dissatisfied with the hotel experience. The microwave was unclean, the furniture exhibited rusted handles, and the room was not properly serviced. Furthermore, the beds provided were full-size, not queen-size as advertised. A pervasive odor was also present. We are disappointed that Priceline promoted this establishment with favorable reviews and ratings, given its actual condition.

  Run down dump! The bed spread was stained by Cigarette burns, disgusting. I booked a non-smoking room, but it strongly smelled like smoke. The bathroom looked dilapidated, rusty old towel rack and soap holder tile was coming off the wall of the shower. When we got to the room, the AC was off, it took 2 hours to cool the room down (it was 105 deg high in Summer). I thought Best Western would be better than this.

  The room gave us everything we needed. I enjoyed the pool with my kids. There's a great Mexican Restaurant next door. I made the mistake of leaving my daughter's favorite stuffed animals in the room when we left. They must have been rolled up in the comforter when I made my last walk through. We didn't notice they were missing until we were prepping for bed the next night in Texas. I feared they'd been thrown away. Gone. Thankfully the housekeeping staff set them aside. I called and was able to retrieve them. I am forever thankful. (I searched the internet. They may have been a mere $5 when I bought them, but 4 years later, they were nowhere to be found). Thanks again!!
