If you love peaceful and relaxing, this place is for you. Our stay at this best western will be stuck in our memory forever. Perfect amenities for our family of 5. Kids age 12, 10, and 9. Great restaurant and the staff were wonderful! A special shout out to staff integrity!! We had forgotten a few things in the room that were very dear to us and after a call, they found what we were after and sent them to us right away. We are forever grateful :)

Rooms were comfortable. Parents felt the sinks were pretty tall and dirty carpets. Not as exceptionally clean as most best westerns. AC had a little trouble cooling off the room in one of our rooms. Check in and pool/hot tub were great! Location was great!
Kory (at the front desk) was amazing. THANK YOU KORY!!! He was friendly, had great suggestions of where to go, and accommodated all of my requests...he made our stay so wonderful. We were traveling for the 1st time with my 2 large dogs. He calmed my anxiety about it and made sure that nobody would be entering our room unless we were there (dogs were kenneled when not there, but they are easily stressed out around people they don't know.) Had one small issue in the room, and he went above and beyond to fix and make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, rooms were clean, & everyone who worked there was so kind and personable. Had conversations with some of the cleaning crew (so nice), restaurant had good AFFORDABLE food, pool and hot tub are awesome. Didn't make time for the game room, but heard it's wonderful. Walked the dogs in the forest area behind the pool. Anyway, thank you. Wish we could've stayed longerđź’›

Comfortable Stay with Great Family Amenities
Overall, we had a great stay at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks and would recommend it, especially for families visiting Eureka Springs.
One thing to be aware of before booking: this property is more of a motel-style layout than a traditional hotel. All guest room doors open to the outside, and you park directly outside or very near your room. Our room also had a shared patio, which was a nice feature.
The only issue we encountered was with the payment policy. Two days before check-in, I received a notification from my credit card that I had already been charged for the full stay. My Best Western confirmation email indicated payment would be due upon arrival and that cancellation was available until noon the day before check-in, so I called the hotel to clarify. The hotel explained that they routinely charge guests two days before arrival. I later contacted Best Western customer service, who confirmed that some independently owned Best Western properties do have different payment policies and opened a customer service ticket because the confirmation email did not appear to match the hotel's practices.
While everything ultimately worked out, I think future guests should simply be aware that this property may charge your card two days before arrival, regardless of what your confirmation email states.
As for the stay itself, everything was excellent. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Even though all the rooms open to the outside, we never heard people talking or walking by while we were in the room.
The hotel has a large outdoor pool that never felt overcrowded during our stay. There is also a fun outdoor game area with several family-friendly games, and they played a family-friendly movie each evening, which was a nice touch for kids. We also enjoyed having Myrtie Mae's Restaurant right on the property, making breakfast especially convenient.
Check-out was just as easy as check-in, and the location was excellent—close to downtown, restaurants, and the area's main attractions.
We would definitely stay here again.
