  This is not a classy hotel, the homeless man that lives in his van in the parking lot of this place, ( managers are aware) he asks customers for money and he works at the front desk! That speaks for the hotel and itself! I would not ever stay at this place knowing what I know about the man that they trust behind the desk! Representing this hotel! I’d be ashamed! How disgusting this man is!As a women I would not recommend anyone to this hotel it’s clearly not safe!

  The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant was super friendly.

  I traveled to NW Arkansas to graduate and brought my 12 year old daughter and her best friend. I booked this hotel specifically to have a pool the two girls could swim. When we checked in, I was told the pool was unusable due to a crack, and won’t be available until the maintenance is complete. No where on their website or on hotels.com shows the pool out of service. I spent way too much by booking through hotels.com due to this being graduation weekend. I spoke to the manager requesting a discount and he said I needed to contact hotel.com. I spoke with hotels.com and they stated they already paid the hotel so it’s up to the hotel to provide any compensation our trouble. This is the first time in a long time I have stayed in a best western, and I will NOT make this mistake again. If you’re looking for a place for your kids to play in a pool, this isn’t it. Today is 5/9/2026 incase the date isn’t showing in the review. Save your money, stay somewhere else.

  Perhaps my first critical review on Google; Fri night $249 rate, wife and daughter arrived and unpacked to get early night rest, only to find no hot water for the room. Clerk was not surprised and needed 15 min to call manager for permission to change room--no thanks/too late. Management was not receptive the following morning 'we'll look into it' -- I know it's a tough business, but $249 and no hot water...don't recommend.
