First of all, the room was clearly smoked in and it was a non smoking room, Second, the Internet was horrible, Third, Most of the outlets didn't work, Breakfast seemed ok if you want a heart attack.Also, the bath//shower controls are old. No directions on which way to turn the cold and hot controls. No dress code for front desk workers. Last but not least, Peeping Tammie the housekeeper peeping through my window before 10:30am. Ohh, and I was double charged for the room. Smdh

We had a travel emergency and had to stay the night unexpectedly. Carlos was super friendly and made it so easy!! And then on top of that there was an excellent breakfast the next morning. We fixed our tire situation and we're back on the road!! Everybody was so super friendly!!
There were cockroaches on the floor. We had to kill 3 and there were lots of mosquitoes. Coffee in the morning was okay, breakfast was slop.

As soon as we walked into the room, we noticed a roach along with gnats flying around. The room also had a very unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here. I truly feel I should have received a refund for this experience.

Updating this since we got a reply from the hotel but yet they still wont call us back! Why would I accept points to a hotel I never want to stay at again? EVERY best western I’ve stayed at has had cleanliness issues. You REFUSE to give any money back but think points are acceptable for someone who will not be staying at your hotel?? Absolutely the worst customer service. And then the manager is now saying I’m lying and she did offer a resolution at the hotel? I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO SUGGEST CLEANING OUR ROOM, she did not offer that. I was nice in my review and even said it might have been because she was slammed but now you are going to flat out lie so you can justify not giving me a partial refund? Whats sad is I’m not asking for a full refund just a partial one! I shouldn’t even have to ask! You would think you would want to make it right but sadly they do not. They just want to dish out points because then they don’t have to actually do the right thing!
We were only staying here for an Event we were attending that night. Due to traffic we were a little bit on a time crunch. When we arrived and got in the room, we noticed a spider and its ENTIRE web on one of the beds. On the pillow to be exact. So I quickly got rid of that since we only had so much time until our event. We decided to check around and unmake the bed to make sure there weren’t anymore critters and when we go to lift the sheet to make sure there are no bed bugs we found MENS UNDERWEAR. We couldn’t reach the front desk so we walked back down to where we checked in and told the lady. She was slammed as is and just looked at me. Offers no suggestions so I asked if we could change rooms, she immediately said no due to being booked so I asked if we could at least get the room cleaned again, she agreed and let them know. Housekeeping shows up and can’t even understand us so they just looked at us as if it’s a clean room why are we here? Once I motioned several times, they entered the room and found our issues, laughed and said sorry…. Really? So they remove the underwear, switch out the sheets and clean the headboards. That’s it. Even though that’s all they did it still caused us to be late to our event. Called corporate who “investigated”. Only thing that got us was an email from the hotel manager who offered us points that we are never going to use… once I let her know that and requested a partial refund instead she went silent and we haven’t heard back since then. What great customer service… not! If it wasn’t for the fact we had NO where else to go I would have just demanding my money back and left.
