  I stayed at this hotel for about 2 and half weeks and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The room layout itself was odd, with the sink located outside of the bathroom, but the biggest issue was the lack of housekeeping. On multiple occasions I returned to my room after 12-hour workdays to find that the garbage had not been emptied and towels had not been replaced. During my entire stay, housekeeping only made my bed twice. I also had to go to the front desk on two separate occasions just to request that my room be cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. The pool area was dirty and even had construction materials left around it, which did not make it feel inviting or well-maintained. To make matters worse, there was a homeless individual sleeping in one of the stairwells during my stay, which raised concerns about security and management of the property. For the price and the reputation of the hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I would not choose to stay here again.

  Kind of tucked away, off the beaten path. Walking distance to Pioneer Park(12 minutes). Good sized rooms. Pool usable but under construction. I left too early to get the breakfast. No airport shuttle.

  No AC until the end of May. My room was consistently 76 degrees and muggy. Vent was blocked by curtains. Rooms were dated, carpet was disgusting. Decent water pressure. Breakfast was definitely rough.

  Excellent hotel with a welcoming friendly staff. Everything was great from the rooms to a nice pool, fitness room and a hot breakfast. Kori and Gabe provided exceptional service at the front desk, thank you 🙏

  The pool was our favorite so far out of all the other hotels around Fairbanks, it was actually warm! Says a lot for a Fairbanks winter! The maintenance man deserves a shout out for this!
