All of the staff were super nice and accommodating. Darius especially! The breakfast was very good. Will definitely be staying here again!
Lovely place to stay in an oasis of greenery. A beautiful forest for walking and the Fairbanks Pioneer Park in close walking distance.
The room was exceptionally clean and superbly equipped with everything a traveler needs.
Many thanks to the professional team. I am only sad about one thing but it's ok: I threw an eye on the black haired receptionist and wanted to smoke a cigarette with her. To my bad she was not only married but also pregnant. She said she only drinks and don't smoke for the nine month. Sorry but the breakfast was hearty and lovely.
I got platinum membership after my stay and directly booked another Best Western stay for my next vacation.
Thank you!

It was nice to have a hardy breakfast before a long days work.
Thank you.

I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. The room quality was poor right out of the gate: a sink that wouldn't drain at all, a shower with virtually zero water pressure(video), thin, cheap towels, and a lumpy mattress that was well beyond its service life. To top off the lack of housekeeping, I found a condom wrapper under the bed. Big yuck!
The hotel amenities didn't fair much better. The laundry facilities had a dirty, smelly washer and dryer. The fitness center was equally disappointing, filled with broken equipment and a lingering bad odor. I opted out of using the pool based on the rest of the facility (see attached pictures).
Staffing seems to be a major issue here; I only saw an employee at the front desk two of the mornings during my entire stay.
As for the location, it’s tucked into a partial residential area that backs right up to a rail/industrial area.
The only saving grace was the decent breakfast, though it doesn't open until 6:30 AM—later than almost any other hotel in the area. Because I had to leave early for work each day, I was only able to catch it once. Fortunately, they do have a nice coffee bar available so you can caffeinate your sorrows away about staying here.
I couldn't decide if I loved or hated the location of this hotel...it's so strange! It's out of the way in a developing neighborhood area, not near anything really. There have obviously been updates to the hotel, and the staff was friendly whenever we interacted with them. Breakfast was what we expected. The rooms were spacious...we had a king room with plenty of space to move around in. I was bothered that the curtains didn't block out the midnight sun very well and I was mortified at the filthy mattress cover that peaked out from under the fitted sheet. The towels were thin, but large, but the water pressure from the shower head left a lot to be desired. Took forever to rinse out shampoo. That being said, the TV worked, there was a fridge/microwave, plenty of counter space at the sink area, and lots of lighting. I was a little nervous to leave anything valuable in the car or the room but everything was fine.
