  Sikkert ålreit sted, men vi opplevde det som uoversiktlig at det ikke var en kasse der. Vanskelig å se hvem som jobbet der og vi ble heller ikke hilst på eller fikk hjelp, da vi ønsker å betale var det vanskelig å gjennomføre det, så vi fikk ikke kjøpt det vi ønsket.

  Under-trained staff- the sellers were chit-chatting in a circle while just two customers were in the shop, and ignored my request to change the sizes of the clothes to try on and had to go back and forth requesting assistance. While asking for tailoring for the pants, I overheard the person say, “I'm not gonna measure his trousers, he needs to figure out his own size.” I mean… the worst shops compared to Covent Garden or New Bond St. Shocking experiences overall.

  I had such a wonderful shopping experience at Ralph Lauren Stratford. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely amazing. I was assisted by Siddhi, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. She made the whole experience feel so easy and enjoyable. She took the time to help me, answered my questions, and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. What stood out the most was her friendly attitude, patience, and genuine care — she wasn’t just providing customer service, she made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and cheerful personality. Her positive energy genuinely made my shopping trip memorable (I left smiling 😊). Little details like this are what make customers want to return. A big thank you to Siddhi and the Ralph Lauren Stratford team for such a lovely experience. Excellent service, beautiful products, and a truly enjoyable visit. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this store to others!

  I had a really positive experience thanks to Khalid. He was friendly, attentive, and went out his way to help me find what I needed in the shop. He made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Excellent service!!!
