  Terrible experience, tried to enter the store Saturday 1030, some staff member having a seemingly personal aggressive argument on the phone,, just blocking the entrance, waving his hands about indicating we couldn't enter. More club bouncer experience than premium shopping. It's fine though as I found the items I was shopping for elsewhere, doubt I will be back.

  Leila at Ralph Lauren Covent Garden deserves a proper shout out. I came in today on a bit of a mission trying to figure out the right shirt size across different fits, and she was genuinely brilliant throughout. Patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel like I was being a pain, even as we worked through the options together. She kept suggesting alternatives until we landed on something that actually worked, which I really appreciated. That kind of attentive, unhurried service is rare, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. Ralph Lauren Covent Garden is lucky to have her.
