  Earlier this week I visited the store to pick up a gift for someone, and I have never received such attentive and helpful service! I was unsure of which size to pick and Daniyal was a life saver, he managed to work out the correct size from just a picture of the person! The whole team was so sweet and thoughtful, even though I live ages away from this store, I’ll be coming here whenever I want to pick up a piece, out of all the Ralph Lauren’s I’ve shopped at this has been by far the best experience 🤍

  I had a lovely day shopping at Ralph Lauren. Fiona was really friendly and patient throughout my visit, taking the time to help me making everything feel easy and enjoyable. She also wrapped my sister’s gift beautifully for me, which I really appreciated. She provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience that much nicer. Thank you, Fiona.

  Abir was very attentive and kind while helping me choose a Polo Bear cap. Although my preferred colour wasn’t available, he quickly offered to order it for me and even applied a small discount. Great service!
