  Giovanni at Bulgari Bond Street provides a masterclass in genuine luxury service! Walking into high end jewellery boutiques on Bond Street or inside Harrods can often feel incredibly intimidating. My experiences over the past year at Cartier and Tiffany left a lot to be desired, featuring a plastic attitude from staff who made me feel like an intruder, as if they were doing me a massive favour just by allowing me to buy expensive jewellery. Bulgari on Bond Street is a completely different world. I went in to hand over a watch for repair, and whilst the repair itself was executed beautifully, it was the outstanding service from Giovanni that truly made the visit memorable. He made us feel completely welcome and comfortable, turning what could have been a transactional chore into a thoroughly pleasant experience. We had a wonderful, normal chat, and Giovanni was exceptionally kind to my daughter, who studies jewellery making. He took the time to talk to her about the craft and shared fascinating information about the Bulgari schools in Italy. This authentic, friendly approach is exactly what luxury service should be, and Giovanni is an absolute credit to the Bond Street boutique.

  A wonderful experience at the Bulgari boutique on New Bond Street. The store is absolutely beautiful, with an elegant and luxurious atmosphere, and the service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The team was professional, attentive and genuinely helpful, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed. A truly first-class shopping experience that reflects the quality and prestige of the Bulgari brand. Highly recommended.
