I visited on a Saturday and the staff weren’t interested in helping at all, and were more interested in joking around with themselves. The shop wasn’t busy. It was such a different experience compared to the Battersea shop, who gave an excellent 1:1 shopping experience. I left without making a purchase.
I walked into this shop looking for a quater zip but was unable to find the one I wanted. I was greeted by Julio and he found me an alternative one. He was very personable and friendly and really made me feel like a welcome customer. I was meant to write this review last week but totally forgot so here it is. Julio, thank you for your exceptional service and helping me with the perfect size mesh quater zip.
I purchased a coat from Ralph Lauren for £465, only to later discover that the security tag had been left on. This caused significant inconvenience and stress, as I couldn’t properly wear the item and had to deal with the issue myself after leaving the store.
For a brand of this price point and reputation, this level of oversight is unacceptable. When customers are paying a premium, attention to detail and basic quality control should be guaranteed. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.
Very disappointed and hesitant to shop again.
Popped in today just to have a wander around and ended up finding a gorgeous quarter-zip jumper. Although I couldn’t find the right size at first, the lovely Julio came over to help and was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly, helpful, and attentive that we ended up buying two! I genuinely loved the whole shopping experience today, and a massive thank you to Julio for his exceptional service and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back!
