  Was not Happy with the size of the presidential suite considering that We paid £405 for the Room ...The jaccuzi lights were also not working ...There is no aircon and it was sooo hot during the night with no aircon...The Blinds made sleeping difficult as they dont make the room dark by 5am it was already sooo bright in the room couldn't sleep.... No coffee machine in the Room...for a presidential suite ...I would expect a coffee ☕️ machine at least ...

  Lovely hotel clean and rooms comfortable. Staff were both helpful and friendly and the food exceptional

  Chambre de bain très petite avec une pomme de douche excessivement haute. Le personnel offre un service extraordinaire. Nous étions au niveau 1 donc la qualité des chambres peut différer ailleurs sur les étages

  I would not return based on my experience. While the facilities themselves were fine, the booking process and handling of my complaint were very disappointing. I specifically requested a spa package that I understood included a 30-minute treatment, but was instead charged for a 1-hour treatment that I do not recall agreeing to. This was not clearly explained at the time of booking, and I was not given the opportunity to make an informed decision before the service was provided. Raising the issue afterwards has been frustrating, as the response has been dismissive and focused on defending their position rather than resolving the situation fairly. Being charged for something you did not knowingly agree to is unacceptable, and the lack of transparency around pricing is a serious concern. I would strongly recommend others double-check all details in writing before booking.
