  Absolutely outstanding customer service from Lucy McGillion. While chatting at the checkout, I mentioned this was a return visit to replace an item of clothing I'd bought a few weeks earlier that had unfortunately developed a snag. I explained that the snag was entirely my own doing and, as the item was outside the return period, I didn't expect there was anything that could be done and was more than happy to repurchase the garment once again as it was too nice to not have. Lucy immediately looked for a solution. Although I had driven over 70 miles to the Cheshire Oaks store and didn't have the original garment or receipt with me, Lucy explained that I could simply post the item back to the store. Using my electronic receipt, the team would be able to cross-reference the original purchase on their system and arrange an exchange. Her willingness to help, professionalism and commitment to finding a solution turned my experience into an exceptional one. It's rare to come across customer service of this calibre. Thanks to Lucy's outstanding customer service, Ralph Lauren has gained a customer for life! Lucy is a real credit not only to the store and her colleagues, but to the Ralph Lauren brand as a whole. I sincerely hope Lucy and the wider team receive the recognition they deserve for the exceptional service they provide. People who consistently go above and beyond for their customers should have their efforts acknowledged and rewarded. it certainly shouldn't go unnoticed. Thank you again, Lucy.

  They have a nice range of items for men, women and children. The clothing was mostly 40% off but to be honest i find finding Ralph Lauren in tkmaxx to be much cheaper so I know the prices in this sale outlet could be a lot better. The staff were friendly and approachable I just found other places for the same brand to be more competitive so I didn't buy anything. Either way nice shop they could just do better.
