  Muy buena experiencia en el B&B HOTEL Zurich East Wallisellen. El hotel es muy limpio, cómodo y tranquilo. Las habitaciones están bien organizadas y cuentan con todo lo necesario para descansar después de un día recorriendo Zúrich. El personal fue muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar, algo que valoramos muchísimo durante nuestra estadía. Además, tiene una ubicación práctica, con transporte público cercano para desplazarse fácilmente hacia el centro de Zúrich. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y bien atendidos. Sin duda lo recomendamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. 😊🇨🇭

  Great Location and Excellent Service We had a great experience at this hotel. It is very well located, right in the city center and close to many attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a great choice for its location, cleanliness, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!

  I had a good stay in the hotel for my bussiness trip however when I left the hotel, I asked the front desk staff to provide me the invoice. He confirmed with my email address which was correct. I trusted him and left the hotel to catch my train. However, I still didn't get my invoice after 2 days. This was terrible.

  Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment, made even worse by the complete lack of customer service and response after we reached out. The air conditioning was broken (we were never notified prior to arrival), the room was uncomfortably hot with a bad odor, and the ventilation grille was covered in dust—a major issue for anyone with allergies. Basic room amenities and hygiene standards were severely lacking: only two bath towels were provided (no hand towel), just one partially used roll of toilet paper, no complimentary water given despite the high room temperature, and when we requested an extra duvet, we were given one with an unknown stain. Breakfast was equally disappointing: very limited options for vegetarians, no plant-based or lactose-free milk options at all, and the "iced coffee" option from the machine came out piping hot. Prior to arrival, no one answered our multiple phone calls. When we arrived after midnight, the suggested solution to the broken AC was that we could change hotels—completely unrealistic at that hour. To top it off, after following up on my feedback email, the management completely ignored us. Unprofessional and definitely not up to expected standards. Would not recommend.

  L’hotel dista 15 minuti di macchina dal centro di Zurigo. Alla reception tutto ok. La hall è accogliente e l’hotel ci ha anche permesso di mangiare del cibo ordinato da fuori nella hall su dei comodi tavolini. L’unico problema è stato il parcheggio siccome non era ben chiaro quanto si pagasse, come pagare e come uscire da esso. Le stanze non sono grandi ma sono moderne e confortevoli.
