  Interesting stay. The front desk clerk was great. However, a guy approached me in the parking lot asking to use my phone, half-drunk, cuz he was kicked out of the hotel for smoking and fighting. The other two were also kicked out, then when security came and they left the lobby, the young man threw his backpack at his ex-girlfriend's head. I was headed out for business meetings the following day and asked the front desk to please ensure my room is cleaned, including fresh towels, coffee and bed made. I return back to the room, all the dirty towels which I placed in bath tub are gone, yet nothing was cleaned, no fresh towels and no coffee. I made a trip to the front desk, they were very hospitable, apologetic and ensured the room was up to standards within the hour. The breakfast is usually great, however, today, the porridge was lumpy and the Eggs were stuck tob the pan bottom. Maybe just a bad week for them...but when in the the hospitality business, hospitality is number one across all departments.

  I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Prince Albert. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention Vikas, who was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made my experience even better. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend Best Western Prince Albert and look forward to staying here again!

  This was our first time staying at Best Western, and we had a very good experience. The room was neat, clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was plenty of parking space, and having multiple entrances made it very convenient to access the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Vikas, who guided us very well about the hotel and the city since it was our first time visiting the area. We really appreciated his friendly and helpful service. Another great thing is that the hotel has a restaurant on-site. The food was even better than we expected and we really enjoyed it. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

  Rooms are very good full renovated. Specially restaurant is very good and front desk staff very friendly Specially Amine and Vikas are very good and helpful.I advice to stay here very big space for Parking. Love it!

  This hotel has been recently renovated. We have gone to the Prince Albert dog show twice now with our pups! they were awesome about the dogs, our are well behaved, and great security! rooms were clean and updated and this time we were on the mail floor, so much easier with our dogs! one of the nicest hotels that we stayed in with our dogs, other hotels often put us in the dirties, oldest rooms. so I would recommend this hotel. only thing is the rioom did not have a real closet and no base boards yet as it was'nt quite finisshed! free breakfast YEAH!!!
