  This hotel has really gone downhill in the last year, not sure if it has new management but it is definitely deteriorating. Exposed soffit on north side of building and pigeon infestation in the attic, flies swarming around the breakfast area, broken stationary bicycle in the gym, broken faucet in the bathtub so just spins around indefinitely and trickle water pressure, and worn out/sticky desktop for a workspace. Unfortunate as this used to be a very nice place to stay, will have to find somewhere new.

  Janki provided excellent service at the front desk. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. She made everything easy and was always polite and welcoming. Great customer service—thank you

  It may say it us a 3 star hotel. But our family got 10 star stay. Toja was a ray of sunshine in the morning. Everyone else were great too. Very good breakfast and pool was fun. We will be back

  My two daughters and I stayed at this Best Western for one night while passing through Estevan, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the hotel and the service we received. The young lady at the front desk was cheerful, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We arrived on an exceptionally hot day and were offered complimentary bottles of water to take to our room—a small gesture that was greatly appreciated after a long drive. Our room was clean, well maintained, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, giving us a great night’s sleep before getting back on the road. The highlight of our stay was the pool. After a full day of driving in the summer heat, it was the perfect place to cool off and unwind. It was clean, refreshing, and a huge hit with my daughters. Breakfast the next morning was another pleasant surprise. There was a great selection of hot and cold options, including different egg dishes, bacon, waffles, pastries, yogurt, and more. My girls were especially fascinated by the self-serve yogurt dispenser—it was such a simple touch, but one they couldn’t stop talking about! From the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable room and excellent amenities, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone passing through Estevan.

  Older establishment which was very clean. Upgrades in bathroom and kitchenette plumbing would enhance experience. Really appreciated the front staff and the cleanliness of our room. Was easy to find and find suitable parking.
