  My friend and I booked this hotel for a festival for the weekend. Our check-in was supposed to be at 4 p.m. When we got there, they told us that they don’t know what happened and our room was given to someone else. It took them 2 hours to tell us what would happen, and if we needed to start looking for another hotel. They basically shrugged their shoulders and said they don’t know. When asked if we would get a refund, they said no. We asked to talk to the manager, but they just brushed it aside and refused to tell us what was going to happen. Parking was also full, and they told us an alternative that was full and gave us one more place and said if there is no room there, they don’t know what to do if that place is full. After contacting Expedia, they finally found us a room. Not the room we paid for or what we asked for, but we needed a room anyways. The next day, we asked if we could talk to the manager as the situation was very badly handled. They refused to give us his name or how to contact him and said, “Well, we don’t know when the manager will be in and to basically sit around and wait for him.” Comments were made by the guys at the front desk that were rude and they weren’t helpful at all. We are super disappointed as it was a perfect location for our festival, but the customer service was awful, and we do not recommend staying here.

  The whole reception team is very welcoming. The room and foyers are clean, comfortable stay, service is great! Location is super convenient!

  We had an amazing stay at this great hotel ! A great welcoming cheerful from Mohamed at the front desk and their team were professional and very helpful!!! We loved the room spacious and very clean ! Their pool is very warm !! 😍 breakfast was normal but would prefer if they add more options like beef sausages not only pork! We definitely recommend 👌 we will be back again ! Thank you so much ! ❤️

  Un havre de paix et d'empathie en période difficile: Je recommande chaleureusement cet hôtel, particulièrement si vous devez vous rendre au CHUM, qui se trouve à proximité immédiate. J'y ai séjourné pendant que mon époux subissait une chirurgie cardiaque, et le manager a fait preuve d'une humanité, d'une compréhension et d'une conciliation exceptionnelles face à ma situation. Cela a grandement allégé mon stress.La chambre était de bonne grandeur, propre et bien équipée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la grande douche ainsi que la thermopompe pour la climatisation, qui est extrêmement silencieuse et permet de bien se reposer. Seuls petits points à noter : les chambres ont de la moquette et certaines n'ont pas de vue sur l'extérieur. De plus, le quartier attire les personnes en situation d'itinérance, ce qui est bon à savoir, bien que cela n'ait pas affecté la qualité de mon séjour. Un immense merci à l'équipe pour leur accueil si bienveillant. Je reviendrai sûrement !

  I called up these places to stay and the price was attroachess they want hundreds if not thousands of dollars to sleep at the ripoff place no 100 dollar place it's a dump for nothing do not get ripped off at this dump
