  What an experience. My wife and I had our first experience visiting Thunder Bay. We stayed at the Best Western and Camden provided such exceptional hospitality, picking us up at the airport and providing us with guidance on where to visit and where to eat, and also to rent a vehicle. Thanks to his advice, we saved so much money and had an amazing experience. Breakfast was also fantastic, and every single person was extremely kind. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you Brenda for suggesting us Lot 66!

  BEAUTIFUL mountain views, cute pool and hot tub area kept neat, the shuttle service was amazing (the driver i didnt get his name was extremely helpful and nice) The front desk (Kimberly, i believe her name is) was bubbly, very nice, great customer service, and beyond helpful. If I asked a question she was unsure of she got me the answer before I left the front desk. Great hotel highly recommend. 👌

  Such a beautiful and serene location surrounded by greenery and mountainscapes. We had a lovely night's stay as a family of 5 with three small children the kids loved the pool and the accessibility. I found it very accommodating and friendly as well. Our checkout receptionist Naya was thoughtful and kind, would love to stay here again!

  The location of this best western is beautiful. On a calm road and beautiful greener and landscape in the back. Everyone is extremely friendly. Each team member made a point to smile, and say an inviting greeting. The breakfast is top notch. It was served warm and quickly while tasting absolutely delicious. The rooms while being extremely clean were a little dated, the beds even being a little worn were still semi comfortable and I was still able to get a decent sleep. Some rooms came with a balcony and the ones on the bottom floor had rooms that opened up to the parking lot which made bringing in kids and pets extremely easy.

  When we wanted to get a room, the person on the phone was patient and walked us through everything in an easy to understand matter. Our rooms were on the second floor and we were able to see the parking lot and the mountains in the back. Something that I didn’t quite like was how we were able to hear everything going on in the hallway. However, it is not too bad. The price of the room was extremely reasonable and signing up to be a member did not have any additional fees. The breakfast was in a restaurant and it was complementary. Everything was made to perfection. The eggs on the eggs Benedict were cooked just right. The scramble with sausages and an omelet was extremely tasty and was probably my favorite. The breakfast burrito had the same omelet and was also delectable. Kudos to everyone working in the restaurant and the hotel for making our stay so memorable!
