  We had booked 2 rooms and our both rooms were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and Breakfast lady was so helpful. Parking is across the street and it is free. We joined best western rewards and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel whe ever we visit sudbury

  I’ve stayed at just about every motel in Sudbury and let me tell you that this is by far the best option for anyone looking for a place to stay while in Sudbury . The reason why this is my number one choice is the service , friendliness of all staff . Clean quiet rooms , don’t bother looking anywhere else , save the time and call best western , downtown Sudbury

  I recently stayed at the Best Western in Sudbury, Ontario, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property and the overall sense of pride the team takes in delivering a great guest experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping.   We stayed at this hotel on the weekend of June 5 and 6th, 2026 the rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the restaurant food (we ordered off the Indian menu) was to die for. I strongly recommend this place. Vina the general manager who worked the front desk when we booked in and out was vary gracious and helpful.

  Room 504, 25-26 May 2026. The last time anything was properly cleaned or updated in this hotel—Nirvana was all over the radio. Main bathroom light and bedside lights were inop. The toilet bowl had urine stains on the outside. The breakfast was decent, although the mouse traps in the dining hall instantly killed the appetite. The entire hotel smells like Taj Mahal (the on-premises restaurant). Outside, the location is teeming with the walking dead. Basically, the hotel is a reflection of the city — grimy, gloomy and hopeless. Avoid if you can.
